It's finally happening... In two weeks!!!

So we are all moved in with family. It's tight, and I was starting to get the sads cause the new house hasn't been started...

Then SR calls this morning! Preconstruction meeting 8/4 and ground break that week!

Can I get a HALLELUJAH?

I'm sure this will be the slowest 2 weeks ever....

  3. Yay! That's so awesome! We've been waiting for our start date too. The county still hasn't approved permits, so we don't have a date yet. I can live vicariously through you!!!

Hang tight. Permitting took the longest here too. I thought NVR was going to be the worst, and it was permits!

    1. Thank you! For us, they were pretty elusive on giving us any kind of date and they just hinted around. We'd be at almost 60 days since signing the contract, so it so far feels like an eternity. But I'm sure you know how that feels with yours.

  5. Awesome. Glad to hear they are going to start soon. Permits took forever with our county. Hopefully yours will go smoothly.

That's why I'm excited we literally live 5 minutes from where we are building! I plan on going every day! Ha ha ha!

    2. That's what my wife and I do too. Depending on my shift it's either in the morning before work or evening after work. Our community is really new also, so we always like to check the progress on our neighbor's houses.

    3. Frank- ryan actually picked up our development from a builder who went out of business. My FAVORITE part so far has been watching the Ryan homes go up. I can't wait to see purs finally start to take shape!
