What?!? Two posts in a day.

So... Yeah... I will admit it.

I drove past three times today. I'm a stay at home mom... Sue me!

So here's where we are after day one. We are totally dug out.

Holy crap it feels great to finally have something happen.

Have a great weekend all!

It's a fine hole!!

  2. Hey new neighbors! I stumbled across your blog and am loving it. We just moved into a Rome on Brannon Ct. Since we moved in it has been issue after issue and seems to be a neighborhood theme. Next time you drive by your hole stop by and say hi and we can commiserate! (308 brannon) or feel free to look me up on Facebook! Would love to meet our soon to be new neighbors!

  3. Hi Meg! We definetly will. We love your house and it stinks to hear there are issues. We'll be very interested to hear what they are. So far we have a decently high up Ryan manager's attention right now. So we'll see how that goes. I think we'll try to organize a Facebook group for the neighborhood. No denying the power of social media. Plus we have a pretty kick ass attorney that we're already working with. If Ryan doesn't respond, and everyone has similar problems, then we go class action lawsuit. But I'm HOPING Ryan would never let it come to that. We are meeting with a regional manager shortly to discuss the issues we're having. We look forward to talking more with you soon!

  4. Hopefully Scott will help you out and get everything straightened out and if not good to hear about that attorney! We look forward to meeting you! Regardless of the house issues the people around here are great! Great/nice/fun neighbors! Welcome to the neighborhood!

    1. That's great to hear. We really look forward to being a part of a close knit neighborhood. I'm off Sun-Tue so I'm sure we'll be out there each day. Ha. We'll be all ears with any advice/experiences you've had.

    1. Awesome! I'm at work, we aren't two weirdos sitting next to each other on the couch writing back and forth. Lol

  6. Yay! Congratulations!! Our house finally just really started to get moving this past week too and it is so much more exciting than just looking at an empty lot. I can't wait to see how your house progresses!!
